F.R.E.E. ®
An Intensive Community Based Program
Our Families Restored Equipped and Empowered (F.R.E.E.®)
program is a Medicaid funded community based program designed to
assist individuals and families in achieving optimal functioning
through psychotherapy, life skills training, and psychosocial rehabilitative
services. We provide intensive in-home treatment to families in
need. We accept referrals from Department of Family Services, hospitals,
shelters, agencies, group homes, schools, churches, and individuals.
Community Outreach Program
We provide emergency food to disadvantaged families in the Las Vegas
valley (by appointment only). We also provide new and gently worn
clothing for all occasions to families in need through our no-cost
clothing market. LWI provides community based workshops and seminars
on a variety of topics such as trauma recovery, sex trafficking/sexual
slavery, human trafficking, anxiety, depression, life balance, stress
management, and family violence.
Residential Program (Opening
Spring, 2012)
Healing Waters Trauma Recovery Home is a long term residential
program that addresses the holistic needs of female adolescent sex
trafficking survivors(ages 11-17). This unique program is housed
on a safe, secluded twenty-bed residential campus designed to promote
healing and restoration. Our comprehensive program utilizes a spiritual
curriculum that incorporates traditional psychotherapy, equine assisted
therapy, academic instruction, fitness training, art, music and
dance therapy, life skills training, and recreation into the recovery
process. Our mission is to empower adolescent girls to establish
and maintain freedom from the bondage of sex trafficking by providing
them with holistic therapeutic services that promote spiritual,
physical, emotional, social and intellectual restoration. We accept
referrals from schools, churches, hospitals, treatment centers,
law enforcement, the court system and self referrals from individuals
